Thank you for shopping at SectionBrowser. Because we deliver digital content, please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Definitions
Digital Asset: Any non-tangible product sold and delivered electronically (e.g. stock photos, design templates, e-books, software).
Delivery: Completion of the download process or access granted to the digital file(s).
2. No Returns on Digital Goods
Digital assets cannot be returned once access or download has occurred. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a non-refundable digital product and will not receive a physical item.
3. EU Customers & Right of Withdrawal
Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from a digital content purchase within 14 days unless you explicitly consent to immediate access and acknowledge that this waives your right to withdraw.
By downloading or accessing your digital files immediately after purchase, you agree to waive your right of withdrawal. This consent is clearly requested before checkout.
4. Refund Eligibility
We stand behind the quality of our products. While we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind or after file access, we do provide refunds in the following cases:
a. Defective or Corrupted Files
You are eligible for a refund or replacement if:
- You receive files that are clearly broken, unreadable, or cannot be opened as intended.
- You contact us within 14 days of purchase and provide a detailed explanation, including screenshots or error messages.
b. Incorrect File Delivered
If the product you receive is not what you ordered (e.g. wrong file, mislabeled download), you may request a refund or corrected version within 14 days of purchase.
5. How to Request a Refund or Replacement
To request a refund or file issue resolution, email us at info@sectionbrowser.com with the following:
- Your order number
- The email used during purchase
- A short description of the issue
- Supporting evidence (screenshots, file errors)
We aim to respond within 2 business days.
If your request is approved, you will receive either:
- A working replacement file, or
- A full refund to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 days for your refund to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.
6. Exceptions & Limitations
- Change of Mind: Refunds are not available if you simply change your mind after accessing or downloading a digital product.
- Unauthorized Distribution: If we detect any attempt to redistribute or share purchased files beyond your license, we reserve the right to deny support and refunds.
- 14-Day Deadline: All refund or replacement requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
